CherishAging publishes guidance about senior care and offers to connect families with care providers. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What our content is, and is not

Everything published here is general information. It is not medical advice, not legal advice and not financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional who knows your family’s specific circumstances. Care rules, eligibility criteria and costs vary by state and change over time.

We work to keep the guides accurate and current, but we do not warrant that everything is complete, correct or up to date at the moment you read it. Decisions you make based on what you read here are your own.

The matching service

If you submit the matching form, we may share your details with care providers in your area so they can contact you. Using the form is free and creates no obligation on you to engage any provider.

We are not a care provider. We do not employ caregivers, operate facilities, or supervise the care that any provider delivers. Any agreement you enter into is between you and that provider, and we are not a party to it. While we screen the providers we work with, we cannot guarantee the quality, availability, licensing status or conduct of any third party, and you should carry out your own checks before committing to anything.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information when you use the form. Matching on wrong details wastes your time and someone else’s.
• Only submit someone else’s personal details if you are authorised to act on their behalf.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, or use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The guides, resources and design of this site belong to CherishAging. You are welcome to read them, print them, and share links to them. Republishing substantial portions elsewhere requires our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CherishAging is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, from reliance on its content, or from your dealings with any care provider you were introduced to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Links to other sites

Where we link to third-party sites we do so because we think they are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page, and continued use of the site after that means you accept the revised terms.
